For a long time, the fitness industry sold us one idea: kailangan mo ng gym para maging malakas. Machines. Membership. Air-conditioned rooms. Monthly payments.


Parang sinasabi ng sistema: “Dito lang nabubuo ang strength.”

Pero kung iisipin mo talaga, hindi naman ganito nagsimula ang movement ng tao.
